The Role

• Provide service on electronic security systems and equipment at customer sites.
• Address post-installation problems and conduct special project work as needed.
• Work with a range of security systems including intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV.
• Perform basic electronics and wiring tasks according to local and national codes.
• Interact directly with customers to resolve technical issues.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience installing and/or servicing intrusion, fire alarm, access control, and CCTV security systems.
• Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, and relevant codes.
• A valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• A vocational/technical degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
