The Role • Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. • Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and collaboratively. • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize system availability and identify potential faults. • Perform routine configuration changes, including user permissions and application settings. • Document all system modifications accurately within a digital change control system. • Conduct end-to-end testing of upgrades and major modifications, as well as perform their on-site installation. What You'll Need • High School diploma or equivalent. • Experience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment. • Strong knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, intrusion, and fire alarm systems. • Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills. • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
