Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in New Jersey, New York, or Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
  • Prepare status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication across teams.
  • Manage changes in project scope, requirements, and priorities.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
  • Strong project planning, execution, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in technology, IT, or business project management.

Work Location

Opportunities available in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Work arrangement and specific location will be discussed during the interview process.
