Job description

Position: Enterprise Project Manager – Consultant
 
Location: Columbia, SC
 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
 
Interview Process: 1-2 Rounds (Virtual/Online, with optional Onsite final round)
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Lead concurrent, multi-million dollar enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, network, data center, and cybersecurity projects.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Governance & Documentation: Utilize Jira for execution/reporting, Confluence for knowledge governance, and SharePoint for project portals.
  • Risk Management: Maintain project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and mitigate execution bottlenecks.

Key Skills Required

Primary Skills (Must-Have)
  • Project Management: PMP Certification with 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure & cloud modernization initiatives.
  • Tools: Advanced Jira Administration & Confluence Governance.
  • Domain Expertise: Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Migration, Network & Cybersecurity Modernization.
  • Leadership: Vendor Management & experience managing project budgets exceeding $1M+.
Secondary Skills (Preferred)
  • Platforms & Tools: SharePoint Administration, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Domain Experience: Public Sector / Government or Healthcare / Medicaid experience.
  • Methodologies: Agile / Scrum / SAFe / ACP certifications.
