Oracle ERP(EBS/fusion) Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP(EBS/Cloud) Project Manager to Lead and manage Oracle ERP initiatives involving business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and implementation/support teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong Oracle ERP  knowledge combined with hands-on experience managing enterprise Oracle projects from requirements through implementation and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Manager Oracle EBS/fusion projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define solutions.
• Coordinate functional and technical  teams across Oracle ERP modules including:
• Financials/SCM/P2P/O2C/Manufacturing 
• Coordinate between business users, functional teams, technical developers, infrastructure teams, and third-party vendors.
• Drive requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
• Review functional specifications and solution designs.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and production deployment.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment and approvals.
• Coordinate production releases and post-production support.
• Ensure project documentation, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer activities are completed.
• Identify dependencies between Oracle EBS/Cloud modules and external applications.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing Oracle EBS/Cloud experience with significant functional and technical experience.
• Proven experience managing Oracle ERP projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional Oracle teams.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, O2C/P2P
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work directly with business leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Agile/PMP/Scrum certification is a huge plus
