Job DescriptionReporting to the VP, Corporate Strategic Initiatives, you'll lead the delivery of this project. We'relookingforanexperienced,hands-onSeniorProjectManagerwhocanstepintoanexistingproject,takeownershipanddeliverontime.
You'llbringenergy,urgencyandarealdoermindset,operatingconfidentlyataseniorleveltoturnplansintoprogress.Someonewhocanwearmultiplehats(ifandwhenrequired)inordertodriveoutcomeswithaleanteam.
You'llleadthiscomplex,cross-functionalprojectinamatrixenvironment,bringingstructure,paceandclaritytodelivery.
You'll be responsible for:
Taking ownership of an existing project and building immediate delivery momentum
Developing and managing integrated project plans, milestones and critical paths
Managing scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, issues, actions and dependencies
Coordinating business, technical and operational stakeholders
Driving accountability and ensuring commitments are delivered
Leading workshops, project forums and working sessions
Resolving blockers and escalating decisions when required
Providing clear, concise and actionable project reporting
Translating complex information for different stakeholder audiences
Applying the right Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approach
Maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline throughout the project
Desired Skills and ExperienceWe're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager who is:
- Experienced in delivering complex projects end to end
- Hands-on, structured and highly delivery-focused
- Comfortable operating at a senior level with minimal direction
- Energised by pace, ambiguity and getting things done
- Strong in stakeholder management and project communication
- Confident working across business and technical teams
- Commercially aware and skilled at balancing pace, quality and risk
- Experienced in HR, payroll, SaaS environments or experienced in replacing or implementing an enterprise or ERP system
- Calm, resilient and effective in a matrix environment
