Senior ICT Program Manager Major Healthcare Transformation Program

Brisbane Contract Opportunity Large-Scale Digital Transformation

Our client is undertaking a significant technology and business transformation program and is seeking an experienced Senior ICT Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex enterprise initiatives within a large and dynamic environment.

This is a leadership role responsible for driving program outcomes, managing executive stakeholder relationships, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of strategic business and technology objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large-scale ICT and digital transformation programs.
• Establish and maintain effective governance, reporting, risk, and assurance frameworks.
• Build and manage relationships with senior executives, business leaders, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive business change outcomes and ensure successful adoption across impacted areas.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Manage program budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, and benefits realisation activities.
• Promote and apply best-practice project and program management methodologies.

About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Extensive experience delivering complex ICT or digital transformation programs within large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams through significant change initiatives.
• Expertise in project and program management methodologies including PRINCE2, MSP, PMBOK, Agile or similar frameworks.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, facilitation, and problem solving skills.
• Experience within healthcare, digital health, government, or similarly complex environments will be highly regarded.
