Job Summary:
Seeking a Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst to support FAS DDI and Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) projects. This role will manage and track project deliverables, change requests, design documents, test plans, work plans, approvals, and documentation across vendors, SMEs, PMs, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support DDI (Design, Development & Implementation) and MES O&M activities.
• Process, track, log, and route project deliverables and change requests.
• Manage design documents, test plans, work plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, SMEs, PMO, project teams, and management.
• Maintain tracking logs, databases, version control, and project folders.
• Support change management activities and release readiness.
• Prepare status reports and respond to management/project inquiries.
• Participate throughout the SDLC and ensure documentation is properly maintained.

Required Skills:

• Strong Business Analysis and Change Management experience.
• Experience supporting IT projects/DDI implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT deliverables such as design documents, test plans, and work plans.
• Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with vendors, SMEs, PMO, and cross-functional teams.
• Healthcare/Medicaid/MES experience is highly preferred.
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM EST.
• 100% remote from Day 1, but candidate must be willing to pick up equipment in person in Richmond, VA.

Note: This is NOT an administrative role. Strong IT Business Analyst / Change Management experience is required.
