Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Raleigh, NC, 27607
Duration: 12 months (With Possible Extension)

Work Mode: Onsite/ Contract
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and market research
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes and workflows
  • Create and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, wireframes, context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
  • Gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts, reports, and user documentation
  • Perform functional and integrated testing; support UAT with test scenarios and cases
  • Prepare and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
  • Assist in procurement documentation and evaluation criteria; provide input to procurement deliverables
  • Ensure application designs meet business requirements; collaborate with PMs, developers, and end users
  • Attend PMO meetings; follow PMO BA/PM methodology
  • Document gap analyses; produce meeting minutes and distribute to stakeholders
  • Travel locally within the Raleigh area as needed
Requirements:
  • 7+ years in business analysis, requirements gathering, and business process design
  • Strong writing and communication skills; ability to build client relationships
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight timelines
  • Thorough understanding of SDLC, IT Service Management practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and SharePoint
  • Experience creating context diagrams, functional decomposition, ERDs, data dictionaries, and system context diagrams
  • Healthcare data reporting systems experience recommended
  • Ability to work on-site in Raleigh and travel as required
