HR Advisor - Permanent - Swansea

We're recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established, values-driven organisation. This is a varied generalist role with a strong employee relations focus, supporting managers across a diverse workforce and helping deliver high-quality people service.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary and performance matters
• Providing practical HR advice and guidance to managers
• Supporting policy implementation and employment law compliance
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration
• Producing HR reports and contributing to continuous improvement projects
  
  About you:
• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer role
• Strong employee relations and absence management experience
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
