Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal AI Delivery Lead  to provide technical leadership for enterprise-scale AI initiatives. This role will own end-to-end AI solution architecture, establish technical standards and delivery frameworks, and serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for complex AI delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end AI solution architecture across the delivery portfolio.
  • Define technical standards, architecture best practices, and delivery frameworks for AI initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary technical SME for AI delivery and resolve complex design and implementation challenges.
  • Lead technical delivery governance across enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Guide engineering teams in developing and implementing AI capabilities.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to align technical direction with business objectives.
  • Establish scalable and secure AI architecture patterns for enterprise deployments.
  • Support cloud AI platform adoption and MLOps practices across delivery initiatives.
  • Mentor technical teams and promote consistent engineering and delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant technology experience.
  • Strong background in AI/ML solution architecture and enterprise-scale delivery.
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms, particularly AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Hands-on understanding of MLOps practices and AI solution lifecycle management.
  • Proven leadership experience in technical delivery governance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical initiatives and resolve architecture challenges.
  • Relevant professional certification in AI, cloud, architecture, or a related discipline.

Work Arrangement

  • This position is based in Irvine, CA.
  • Candidates must currently be located in Irvine, CA, or be willing to relocate.
  • In-person interview required.
