Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We're open to both experienced insurance professionals and entry-level candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to succeed. You don't have to know everything about insurance on day one.

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs. Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Recommend coverage solutions based on each customer's individual needs. Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach. Prepare and present insurance quotes. Follow up consistently with prospects and customers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Experienced candidates and those new to insurance are both encouraged to apply. Comfortable making phone calls and having sales conversations. Able to learn new computer systems and technology. Previous insurance, sales, customer service, retail, or other people-focused experience is a plus—but not required
