Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for professional, scientific, and technical roles
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client contacts
• Post and update job ads across platforms and track applicants
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and fit
• Coordinate offers, onboarding steps, and documentation
• Use ATS and HR systems to maintain accurate candidate records
• Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and deadlines
• Provide an inclusive, supportive candidate experience
• Uphold ethical, compliant staffing and hiring practices
