Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate data in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies
• Provide a high-quality candidate experience and timely communication
• Use market data to advise clients on talent availability and compensation
• Collaborate with colleagues to fill roles across professional and technical functions
• Participate in hiring events and outreach to build candidate pipelines
