Location: Tampa FL or Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Work Hours: 40 hrs/week

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with AWS expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java development, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and AWS cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
• Develop scalable cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Work with application integration, database design, and performance optimization.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure high availability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17 or above.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with AWS deployment and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• AWS Certified Developer or AWS Solutions Architect certification.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and cloud security best practices.
