Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals. Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals. Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers. Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics. Training sales and technicians as necessary. Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing. Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value. Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives. Be proficient using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
