They are seeking an experienced Principal Systems Engineer to develop creative and cost-effective solutions for ground and airborne systems.

The Role

• Oversee the development of full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the discipline with advanced to expert knowledge.
• Oversee and perform lab activities including definition, setup, configuration management, and testing.
• Ensure the integration of solutions within their target environment.
• Review, moderate, and document major changes in systems or processes to solve complex problems.
• Support system trade studies, requirements analysis, and allocation to subsystems.

What You'll Need

• Strong integration and test experience including test procedure development, execution, reporting, and automation.
• Knowledge of or application of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Proficient in tooling to include Microsoft products, or tasking boards (Jira, IBM EWM, etc.).
• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required.
