On-Site Services Specialist

Pay Range: $16.59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate high-volume copy machines and perform binding and finishing work.
• Manage high-volume scanners and utilize image handling software.
• Ensure convenience copiers are functioning properly through daily inspections.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions, and mail to designated points.
• Respond to service calls and coordinate with customers regarding job requests.
• Perform filing duties and deliver completed jobs to specified locations.
• Maintain daily meter and service logs, and assist with shipping and receiving materials.
• Utilize various office equipment, including calculators, fax machines, and postage meters.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in copier areas.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to walk/stand for 4-6 hours a day and lift 30-50 lbs occasionally.
• Previous experience in a copy job or related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
