Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret global brand guidelines for the U.S. market.
• Review creative work for brand compliance and quality assurance.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, standards, toolkits, and asset libraries.
• Adapt global campaign assets for U.S. audiences across web, CRM, email, paid media, and organic social.
• Build reusable Figma component libraries and maintain disciplined project documentation using Monday.com.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in brand governance and campaign execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, with a focus on system building.
• Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience with GenAI workflows in professional settings.
• A portfolio showcasing work within an established brand system and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Nice to have: Motion design skills (After Effects or Premiere), experience in global-to-U.S. campaign adaptation, and brand compliance reviews in a multi-agency environment.
