Director of Business Development & Marketing
A growing professional services firm is seeking a
Director of Business Development & Marketing to lead relationship development, market strategy, and growth efforts across Virginia and North Carolina. This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping shape where a business goes next. You’ll work closely with leadership to strengthen existing client relationships, develop new ones, manage strategic pursuits, and position the firm for long-term growth.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and strategic partners
Identify new business opportunities and help expand existing accounts
Provide market intelligence and help guide growth strategy
Partner with leadership and technical teams on business development initiatives
Support overall marketing strategy and client-facing materials
Business development and/or marketing experience within a professional services environment
Experience with relationship-driven business development
Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
Willingness to travel regularly throughout Virginia and North Carolina
This is a hybrid/remote opportunity depending upon location.

Candidates should be located near
Williamsburg, VA or Raleigh, NC
