Salesforce CPQ Developer
Location: REMOTE
Duration: 12+ months
 
Role Overview
Client is seeking a skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer to join their technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to support complex pricing, quoting, and billing processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop customizations using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Configure product bundles, pricing rules, discounting logic, and approval workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other enterprise systems (ERP, billing, CRM).
  • Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Document technical designs, configuration decisions, and deployment processes.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and optimization of CPQ functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3 years in Salesforce CPQ.
  • Strong expertise in CPQ configuration (bundles, rules, pricing, discounting, approvals).
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and governor limits.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Gearset, Copado, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote team environments.
