Job Description

Job Title: Duck Creek Billing Developer
Location: USA-Remote
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Duck Creek Billing Developer to design, develop, and configure billing solutions using the Duck Creek Suite . In this role, you will implement core billing functionalities, integrate systems, and support testing to deliver high-quality insurance software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and develop Duck Creek Billing components, including billing plans, payment schedules, invoicing, and disbursements.
  • Build and maintain Duck Creek skins, pages, forms, and rating logic using Example Author and Example Server.
  • Develop integrations between Duck Creek Billing and external third-party systems using APIs and web services.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues during development, testing, and production phases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and architects to translate insurance business requirements into technical designs.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5-6 years focused on Duck Creek Billing .
  • Core Technical Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Example Platform, Author, Server, Manuscript, and Skins.
  • Languages & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with XML, XSLT, SQL Server, and .NET/C#.
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance billing workflows.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile team.
