Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SPM Developer with extensive experience implementing and supporting Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions and a strong foundation in the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging AI-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.
This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow SPM Development

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM modules, including:
- Demand Management
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
- Project Management
- Program Management
- Agile Development
- Resource Management
- Financial Planning
- Portfolio Management
- Strategic Planning Workspace
- Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
- Investment Funding
Develop and maintain:
- Intake workflows
