·        Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL.

·        Extensive knowledge in FIS Core Banking Systems (RM, GN, IM, AM, SC).

·        Ability to shift priorities quickly based on business needs. Strong collaborative skills with various stakeholders.

·        Clear and concise presentation skills for findings and analyses.

·        Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems with relevant technologies.

·        Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

·        Direct and oversee technical teams throughout project lifecycles.

·        Utilize expert-level knowledge of FIS Core Banking Systems for system management.

·        Develop and implement COBOL/CICS/DB2/JCL solutions via SDLC methodology.

·        Analyse and resolve incidents as part of a proactive ownership approach.
