We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Sales Associate with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality.

Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service: Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products. Retail experience preferred but not required, Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service, Must be able to consistently lift 20-40 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended time on your feet. Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided). Qualifications Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature. We will train you! Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly. Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.
