The Role

• Drive business development by prospecting new clients and managing assigned leads.
• Conduct property inspections to identify pest issues and develop strategic solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with commercial clients by understanding their needs and providing effective pest management recommendations.
• Utilize provided tools and training to explain solutions, address concerns, and ensure customer peace of mind.
• Achieve sales goals through expert product and service knowledge.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

What You'll Need

• Prior sales or customer relationship development experience is preferred.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain necessary pesticide licensing (company-paid).
