The Role

• Meet with business owners and families within your assigned territory to present supplemental insurance solutions.
• Utilize a proven 10-step sales process, enhanced by AI coaching, to nurture leads and close deals.
• Educate clients on how products bridge gaps in traditional health coverage.
• Focus on building relationships and closing sales, with back-office support handling marketing, lead generation, and customer service.
• Travel within your territory from Monday to Thursday.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a desire to control your income.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable attitude and readiness to learn and apply a proven sales system.
• Comfort with travel within an assigned territory.
• 18+ years of age.
• No prior insurance experience is necessary.
