Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Help Desk & Field Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, setting up IT equipment, and supporting day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations in and around Everett, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1/Level 2 help desk and onsite field support
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Diagnose and resolve OS, application, and basic network issues
• Perform hardware replacements and cabling tasks
• Travel to client or office locations in and around Everett, WA as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Help Desk and Field Support roles
• Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Willingness to travel locally in and around Everett, WA.
