Job Description

APN Consulting has an immediate need for a direct client requirement:
Role: Help Desk Associate
Location: Chantilly VA or Alpharetta GA or NYC or US Remote
Duration: Contract

Job Description
Candidate will work as a technical support person and will have following responsibilities.
  • Daily responsibilities will include answering member''s phone inquiries, monitor and check emails.
  • Experience in creating incidents using Service Now or other ticketing system.
  • Extensive password reset and web application support experience.
  • Regularly check and return voice mails.
  • Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support. Track and redirect issues to correct resources.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
