We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation programme. You'll be responsible for keeping delivery on track, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring key milestones are achieved through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement. This role requires active SC Clearance.
What you'll be doing:

• Managing integrated project plans and critical paths
• Maintaining RAID logs and tracking dependencies
• Coordinating delivery across multiple workstreams
• Producing milestone reports and progress updates
• Identifying and escalating risks and issues early
• Facilitating governance meetings and stakeholder workshops
• Supporting the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing transformation or operating model projects
• Active SC Clearance
• Strong planning, governance, RAID, and dependency management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation experience
• Ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
• Previous public sector or central government experience is highly desirable
