Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4 HANA HR Consultant to support HR-related SAP implementations, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP HR expertise, experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective HR solutions.

This is a long-term onsite contract opportunity based in Omaha, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HR functional solutions.

· Configure, enhance, and support SAP HR/HCM functionalities based on business needs.

· Support SAP S/4HANA-related HR processes, system enhancements, and integrations.

· Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and technical teams.

· Participate in requirements gathering, functional design, testing, and implementation activities.

· Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions for HR-related processes.

· Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and configuration documents as required.

· Support data validation, migration activities, and system integration testing where applicable.

· Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

· Ensure HR solutions align with business requirements, data integrity standards, and established processes.

Required Qualifications

· Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR/HCM.

· Experience working with SAP S/4HANA environments and related HR solutions.

· Understanding of HR business processes, system configuration, and functional support.

· Experience in requirements analysis, functional documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

· Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, for the duration of the contract.
