Talent Acquisition Recruiting Manager

Securitas is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for our protective services teams. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for security officers and corporate staff, partnering closely with operations leaders to understand staffing needs and workforce plans. You will design sourcing strategies, manage our ATS, and ensure a professional, compliant hiring process that reflects our values of integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness. Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for security and corporate roles, from requisition to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including job boards, referrals, and outreach
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for skills, culture fit, and compliance needs
• Manage ATS data integrity, reporting, and pipeline tracking
• Ensure recruiting practices align with legal, EEO, and company policy requirements
• Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement
