About the Role

The Managed Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide dedicated support to FUJIFILMMicroChannel'skey customer accounts which will include desktop, server and cloud support, network troubleshooting, projectdeploymentsand expert advice.

What You'll Do

• Deploying both Cloud and on Premise based infrastructure solutions.
• Troubleshooting desktop and server problems, maintaining and support of server hardware and software.
• Serving as an escalation point for various technologies; BAU L3 Support.
• Attend account meetings, provide on-site training for staff, andassistwith developing IT strategies.
• Presales, writing SoWs and other relevant documents.
• Oversee the project life cycle: Delivery,implementationand handover/knowledge-transfer to Helpdesk.
• Writing documents and manuals around technology deployment and best practices.
• Training,mentoringand developing junior team member.
• Stakeholder mapping,managementand communications.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in a Level 3 Systems Engineer role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong technicalexpertiseacross Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and Internet connectivity.
• Experience supporting enterprise server hardware, storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, security technologies, and cyber security best practices.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent industry qualifications.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and security/compliance solutions.
• Exposure to Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, and hybrid cloud environments.
• ITIL certification and experience delivering projects within an MSP environment.
