Senior Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you will lead the technical delivery of enterprise software implementations, integrations, workflow automation, AI and solution deployments while mentoring consultants and driving technical excellence across projects. You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants to deliver scalable solutions that improve business outcomes, streamline processes, and maximise customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex customer implementations and transformation projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to consultants and implementation teams.
• Design AI-enabled future-state workflows that improve efficiency, value and customer experience.
• Analyse customer business processes and recommend automation opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Conduct technical workshops and collaborate directly with customer stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organisation, ensuring initiatives align with business priorities and deliver measurable value.
• Review solution designs to ensure quality, scalability, security, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Support project estimation, solution planning, and implementation governance.
• Act as a key connection between customer, delivery teams and product, clearly communicating AI capabilities, limitations and best practices.

About You

• 10+ years' experience in software implementation, technical consulting, or Professional Services.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and customer-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Experience designing and implementing workflow automation, business process optimisation, and digital transformation solutions.
• Experience with workflow and automation platforms such as Power Automate, Nintex, Zapier, Workato, Smartsheet, UiPath, or similar technologies.
• Strong data integration and analysis capabilities including SQL, ETL processes, XML/JSON, stored procedures, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience designing, implementing, or integrating AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, AI agents, copilots, workflow orchestration, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance hands on technical delivery with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
• Desirable Experience with PropTech, ERP, CRM, HRIS, IWMS, or enterprise solutions.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience highly regarded.
• Azure, AWS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience working in a Professional Services or consulting environment.
