Devops Engineer - Remote

• Overall IT experience - 10+ years preferred; consider 7+ years for a highly relevant cloud operations/DevOps background
• Cloud Operations / DevOps - 7+ years preferred
• Terraform - 5+ years preferred; must have hands-on troubleshooting and remediation experience
• AWS - 5+ years supporting AWS cloud environments
• Jenkins - Hands-on CI/CD pipeline troubleshooting and operational support
• Ansible - Hands-on automation and playbook troubleshooting
• Kubernetes / AWS EKS - Production support experience
• Docker - Working knowledge and production troubleshooting exposure
• On-call - Experience supporting customer-facing production systems with defined SLAs

Must-Have Technical Skills

• Terraform: infrastructure changes, debugging, drift remediation, state awareness, and consistency across environments.
• Jenkins: diagnose, maintain, and stabilize existing pipelines; support automated OneTouch deployments.
• Ansible: automate configuration management and operational tasks; troubleshoot failed playbooks.
• AWS and AWS EKS.
• Kubernetes: deployments, pods, services, logs, health checks, and common failure patterns.
• Production monitoring and logging: Grafana, Dynatrace, or comparable observability tools. On-call and incident management under response-time expectations.
• CLI-based system and deployment troubleshooting.
