Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to support business teams in analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying business problems and process improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, process flows, user stories, and reports.
• Analyze business data using Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support the development of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Assist with requirement validation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Track project requirements, action items, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Basic understanding of the Business Analyst lifecycle.
• Knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is preferred.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Operations, or a related field.
• entry level candidates with relevant projects, internships, or certifications are encouraged to apply.
