Business Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Analyst for a contract position with a Major Financial Services Company located in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

Compensation: $49.00 - $54.00 per hour, W2, based on experience and qualifications

Position Overview:
This role involves digging deep into a specific business area to help define the details of how to drive business results through technology. The successful candidate will work on a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, designers, and subject matter experts in an agile methodology to deliver on outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide deep expertise in at least one business area or domain with a broad understanding of surrounding business and domains
• Independently assess and document current state across multiple processes, business areas, and domains
• Think strategically in understanding business drivers to define "target state " solutions
• Lead requirement gathering for larger efforts and across multiple business domains
• Author user stories and/or features independently with medium to high complexity
• Support solution delivery by coordinating and facilitating business test planning and execution
• Use advanced project management skills to lead, complete and advance work

Core Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-5 years of prior experience demonstrating business analysis
• Deep familiarity of agile & scrum development environments
• Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective on existing solutions
• Independent ownership and accountability
• Project leadership and execution skills
• Strong requirements analysis and critical thinking
• Stakeholder management and influence
