We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach with a strong background in Full Truck Loads to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of facilitating Agile methodologies, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in a fast paced environment. This role requires a deep understanding of Full Truck Loads logistics and the ability to apply Agile principles to enhance team performance and project delivery.

<>Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Utilize metrics and KPIs to track team performance and drive accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Provide training and support to teams transitioning to Agile methodologies.
• Leverage Full Truck Loads knowledge to optimize logistics processes and enhance project outcomes.

<>Mandatory Skills:

• 7 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Full Truck Loads logistics.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

<>Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Coach (ICP ACC).
• Knowledge of Lean principles and practices.
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry.

<>Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading Agile transformations and coaching teams.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
