Recruiter

Securitas is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for security officers and support roles. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers. You will leverage job boards, community outreach, and referrals to build strong talent pipelines while supporting diversity and compliance with licensing and employment regulations. This position offers growth through training and exposure to clients across industries, contributing to safer workplaces and communities while advancing your recruiting career.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for security and corporate roles, from requisition to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, career fairs, and community outreach
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person/virtual interviews
• Ensure a professional, safety-focused candidate experience aligned with Securitas values
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics
• Support diversity hiring and equal opportunity practices in all recruiting efforts
• Assist with background checks, licensing requirements, and onboarding coordination
