Description

• Configured and supported Workday Recruiting functionality, including job requisitions, candidate management, interview scheduling, offer management, and hiring workflows.
• Gathered business requirements and translated them into functional designs aligned with recruiting processes and organizational needs.
• Configured recruiting business processes, approval workflows, condition rules, notifications, and security access.
• Supported career sites, job postings, candidate applications, referrals, and candidate lifecycle management.
• Assisted with Workday Recruiting implementations, tenant configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Supported data conversion, validation, EIB loads, configuration migration, and recruiting data reconciliation.
• Developed and maintained recruiting reports and dashboards to track requisitions, candidate pipelines, hiring activity, and recruiting metrics.
• Performed functional testing, regression testing, UAT coordination, defect resolution, and production troubleshooting.
• Collaborated with HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and technical teams to improve recruiting workflows and user experience.
• Provided end-user training, documentation, knowledge transfer, and ongoing Workday Recruiting support.
