Job Overview:
The Talent Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing candidates to fulfill hiring needs across various departments. This role focuses on developing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and promoting our employer brand. The Talent Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of departmental requirements and culture fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various channels.
• Source and engage candidates through networking, social media, and other platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to continuously improve and optimize hiring strategies.

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong ability to source and evaluate candidates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
• Experience in leveraging social media and online platforms for talent acquisition.
