Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.
• Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date records of IT systems and configurations.
• Experience in Wordpress, Sharepoint Services and Microsoft business platforms API's are strongly desired.
• As part of your role, you will be developing API's with stakeholders, ensuring efficiencies across our systems, and ensuring that our business account is compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in systems administration and network management.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and virtualisation technologies.
