Senior Lab Support Lead

Pay Range: $37.00hr - $42.00hr Job Overview: The primary responsibility for this role is lab administration, with secondary duties focused on testing, quality, designing, and maintaining lab topologies and documentation.

Responsibilities: The candidate's primary responsibility is lab administration, with secondary responsibilities focused on testing, quality assurance, designing, and maintaining lab topologies and documentation. Procure, rack, and stack lab equipment. Handle hardware/equipment insertion, removal, and replacement. Manage hardware/equipment cables, optics, and RF connectivity. Trace and replace fiber cables. Power on and boot up hardware and equipment. Identify and replace failed equipment in a timely manner.

Manage testbed bringup by configuring and maintaining high uptime for all network switches, routers, wireless access points, wireless LAN controllers, UCS, servers, PDUs, and clients (Windows, Linux, Mac), JFW attenuators, and mesh topology. Provision and configure hosts with various types of operating systems. Implement automation scripts for system provisioning, backups, and other repetitive tasks in the lab.
