Job Description
Role - IT Management Analyst
Location - Remote
Shift - Night Shift Position SUN-MON-TUE, and every 3rd week, one extra day, either SAT or WED
Must-have Skills
- Mainframe Operations
- LPAR
- Workload Automation
- Mainframe Batch Processing
- CICS
- DB2
- Mainframe Maintenance
- SLA Monitoring
- Incident Management
- 2+ years of experience supporting large-scale enterprise Mainframe environments with multiple LPARs, or a Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting workload automation requests across multiple application teams and Mainframe maintenance activities.
- At least 1+ year of hands-on technical experience with CICS, DB2, and Mainframe infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of batch processing, system monitoring, SLA management, incident escalation, and operational procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a mission-critical enterprise environment and comply with Data Center security requirements.
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow for incident and change management and Workload Automation as a Service (WLAaaS) tools such as TWS/z or CA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- ITSM certification or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted operational tools, automation, and continuous improvement practices within Mainframe environments
