Senior Finance Director, Laboratory Chemicals Division

Senior Finance Director role leading financial strategy and performance management for a $600M+ laboratory chemicals division at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This strategic position partners with divisional leadership to drive profitable growth, margin expansion, and operational excellence across a global business.

Responsibilities
Serve as primary finance partner to Division President and leadership team on strategy and performance
Lead annual operating plans, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning for $600M+ division
Partner with commercial, operations, and supply chain teams on pricing, productivity, and margin initiatives
Develop financial insights on revenue, margins, working capital, and cash flow across business
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing finance team to serve as strategic business partners
Requirements
Extensive experience in divisional or business unit finance leadership roles
Strong expertise in strategic planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
Demonstrated ability to drive margin improvement and operational cost optimization
Commercial acumen with pricing strategy and revenue management experience
Proven leadership capability with track record of building high-performing finance teams
Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and operational finance drivers
