The Role • Coach a team to their highest performance level and ensure successful project delivery. • Uphold Agile principles and ensure their correct understanding by the team and stakeholders. • Leverage tools like Jira and Confluence to drive sustainable process improvements. • Focus team efforts on achieving sprint goals and key project outcomes. • Contribute to strengthening operational excellence for Navy clients through effective Agile practices. • Identify and mitigate project challenges early to ensure efficient work completion. What You'll Need • 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management. • Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban. • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile Metrics. • A Secret security clearance is required. • Bachelor's degree.
