The Role • Coach a team to their highest performance level, ensuring successful project delivery. • Ensure a deep understanding of Agile principles and approaches for the team and stakeholders. • Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow to strengthen sustainable process improvements. • Focus the team on achieving sprint goals and meeting key outcomes and customer expectations. • Support operational excellence for Navy clients through effective Agile practices. What You'll Need • 3+ years of experience in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management. • Proven experience with Agile methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban. • Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile Metrics. • A Secret clearance is required. • Bachelor's degree.
