6+ Years of Experience in State Government
10+ Years of Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) solution architecture, customization, and administration.
10+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Dataverse relational data modeling, custom business logic, and security role architecture.
10+ Years of Experience with Power Platform enterprise components
10+ Years of Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and managed solution deployments.
10+ Years of Experience with Custom extensibility using C# .NET (plugins, custom workflow assemblies) and JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting.
10+ Years of Experience with cloud security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.

Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):
Microsoft Power Pages architecture, external authentication, and secure portal implementation.
Power BI data modeling, reporting, and Dataverse / Azure Synapse Link integration.

Additional Skills:
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills across functional and executive teams.
Ability to integrate technical systems with state agency goals, governance standards, and operational objectives.

Required Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
