SAP Infrastructure Project Manager (Cloud & Hosting)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale SAP hosting, cloud, and infrastructure transformation initiatives. This role will drive project execution across SAP platforms, cloud environments, infrastructure modernization efforts, and cross-functional technology teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of IT Infrastructure Program Management, SAP landscape knowledge, cloud hosting experience, and executive stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP infrastructure and hosting projects.
• Manage large-scale initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA migrations, cloud transformations, system upgrades, and infrastructure modernization.
• Establish project governance, PMO standards, reporting frameworks, and delivery best practices.
• Coordinate activities among infrastructure, cloud, SAP Basis, security, networking, and vendor teams.
• Track schedules, budgets, resource plans, risks, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Present executive-level status updates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise security policies, compliance requirements, backup strategies, and disaster recovery standards.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to support highly available and scalable SAP environments.
• Oversee infrastructure readiness for cloud-hosted and hybrid SAP landscapes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Infrastructure Project or Program Management experience.
• 4+ years managing SAP-focused infrastructure projects or PMO initiatives.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, SAP hosting, cloud migration, or landscape transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of:
  • Compute and Virtualization

  • Backup & Recovery Solutions
  • Disaster Recovery Planning
  • High Availability Architectures
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and SAP workloads.
• Familiarity with SAP Basis operations, HANA database environments, landscape management, and infrastructure sizing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, vendors, and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP infrastructure transformation experience.
• AWS Cloud certifications.
• Experience with enterprise PMO methodologies.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud and large-scale migration programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
