The Role

• Ensure a strong safety culture and champion employee well-being.
• Advocate for a positive employee experience, identifying and escalating risks to improve engagement and retention.
• Participate in the development of department goals, advise management on policy application, and facilitate necessary training.
• Execute communication and change campaigns for strategic HR and business priorities.
• Lead employee relations investigations and partner with relevant stakeholders.
• Support recruitment, staffing strategies, onboarding, and performance management initiatives.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a professional capacity.
• Proven experience consulting with and advising management teams.
• Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment legislation (ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, Title VII).
• Working knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and excellent presentation skills.
• Prior employee relations experience and familiarity with collective bargaining environments are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; SHRM certification is desirable.
